The role

We're looking for a People & Operations Associate to be the face of employee engagement for our US team. You'll shape how it feels to work at Intenseye, from a candidate's first interview to a new hire's first day to the events that bring the team together. Day to day, you'll sit where people, workplace and business operations meet: running the office, planning events, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. You'll work closely with the People team and support our leadership team, so you'll get broad exposure to how a fast-growing company works.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is:

  • A natural culture-builder: you energize a room, bring people together, and care about making work a place people want to be.

  • Highly organized: you juggle many moving parts and nothing slips.

  • People-first: you care about how candidates, new hires and teammates feel, and you sweat the details that shape their experience.

  • Proactive: you spot what needs doing and handle it before anyone asks.

  • Discreet: you handle confidential information with good judgment.

  • Adaptable: you're comfortable switching between an interview schedule, a vendor call and a team offsite in the same afternoon.

  • This position is based out of our NYC office and requires a minimum of three days on site

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, facilities, and relationships with vendors and building management.

  • Support US hiring: schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience.

  • Plan and run office events and team activities: celebrations, offsites and traditions that build connections across the team.

  • Own US employee engagement: be the go-to person for team connection and culture. Plan the moments that make people feel part of the team.

  • Support general company operations: help manage inventory of Intenseye's hardware. Track units, coordinate shipments and returns, and keep records accurate. Pitch in on other operational projects as the company grows.

  • Handle hardware for new hires: order laptops and equipment, set them up, and have them ready before day one.

  • Partner with the People team on onboarding and offboarding: coordinate NHO, employee offboarding and general office needs in between.

  • Support the leadership team: occasional scheduling, meeting logistics, and special projects as needed.

  • What we're looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in people operations, recruiting coordination, office management, executive support or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize across competing requests.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, and a warm, professional presence with candidates and colleagues.

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, scheduling tools and ATS/HRIS systems.

  • Basic technical comfort setting up laptops and accounts, or eagerness to learn.

  • Startup mindset: High ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment.

  • Able to work on-site in our NYC office minimum 3 days per week.

  • Compensation and Benefits

  • $80,000-95,000

  • Employee Stock Options

  • Health, vision, dental insurance

  • 401k with match

  • Flexible PTO policy + 13 company holidays

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
