About this role
Have you built a solid foundation in recruitment and are now ready to step into a broader People & Culture role within a fast-growing global MedTech business?
Role: People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Camberwell (Full-time, 1 day working from home)
The Role:
This is a hands-on generalist role at the heart of our global people function. You'll own end-to-end recruitment - briefing hiring managers across multiple regions, running campaigns, and delivering a great candidate experience - while building genuine exposure across the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, policy, HRIS, employee relations, and people initiatives.
What's in it for you
- A role with real ownership across the full employee lifecycle - not a narrow slice
- Close partnership with the People & Culture Manager and Senior Leaders
- Exposure to a global business across Australia, NZ, UK, US and Asia
- You'll get genuine support and a clear runway to grow into a P&C Advisor role
- The chance to shape and improve people processes as the business scales
- Involvement in meaningful initiatives across performance, engagement, systems and capability
- A supportive leader who backs you, challenges you and wants to see you progress
- A vibrant Camberwell office, great people, and regular team and company events
Who we’re looking for
Years of experience matter less than how you operate.
You’re someone who:
- 2+ years' experience in recruitment or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
- Comfort working with HRIS systems and managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and regions
- A people-first approach, balanced with sound judgement and self-management under tight deadlines
- Proactive - you take initiative and full ownership of your role
- Someone with a genuine growth mindset, keen to develop toward a P&C Advisor career
