The Opportunity

As a People Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping stakeholders understand our people data through insightful analysis, reporting, and storytelling. Your work will influence decisions across the business, helping teams solve challenges, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions that support our people and performance.

You’ll join us on a salary starting of £38,000 per annum. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of attending our #Hove office once a week, alongside flexibility to work from home. You'll also benefit from a supportive environment that values collaboration, wellbeing, and continuous development.

Working within our People Analytics team, you'll use your analytical expertise to uncover insights, improve data quality, and support our journey towards An Electric Britain. You'll have opportunities to enhance your technical skills, contribute to process improvements, and help increase data literacy across HR and the wider business.

Who You Are

We're looking for a People Insights Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with a customer-focused approach. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and communicating complex findings in a simple and meaningful way. Are you experienced in...?

• Advanced numerical, analytical, and data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel
• Creating dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI
• Identifying root causes and developing solutions that meet customer needs
• Interpreting and presenting data findings clearly to a range of audiences
• Managing competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and confidently challenging requirements where appropriate
• Using key data sources to generate meaningful business insight
• Working independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Desirable experience includes working with HR data sets, Python, and R.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing insightful people analytics, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making
• Building relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver valuable analysis
• Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data, reporting, and analytical outputs
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and data-driven ways of working
• Communicating findings through clear data storytelling that drives action and understanding
