People Management Senior Specialist

Requirements

Education

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

•Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

•Minimum 5–8 years of experience in People Culture, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or related fields.

•Experience managing enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives.

•Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.

•Experience working in a technology-driven or digital transformation environment is preferred.
