People Operations Associate

We are looking for a People Operations Associate, based in New York City, to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across NYC.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system.

Oversee office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations, including equipment, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records; prior payroll experience is preferred.

Support employee requests, benefits administration, and general People Operations inquiries.

Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with projects and other administrative duties assigned by the People Operations Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Approximately 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
