We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing team and support our expanding workforce across multiple U.S. sites. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, guiding benefits, compliance, compensation, and day-to-day HR inquiries. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company strategy, while also helping us foster a supportive, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

Support open enrollment along with the administration of employee benefit plans, retirement programs, voluntary elections, and compensation packages.

Play a key role in day-to-day people operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

Conduct analysis of benefits and compensation programs; assist in program design and strategy.

Assist with leave of absence administration, immigration cases, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR-related audits.

Partner with the team to manage and optimize HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and California employment law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance empathy with compliance.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Experience with HRIS and analytics (Rippling experience strongly preferred).

Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
