We are seeking a motivated and proactive People Operations Intern to join our team in Riyadh and support a range of exciting HR initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the review and redesign of various HR processes, policies, and practices, identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Assisting with HR administration and payroll processes while taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
- Facilitating end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Contributing to a variety of HR projects, such as employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Operation teams.
Qualifications
- Recently concluded a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.
