You’ll oversee recruitment activity, support managers to recruit great people, and work with colleagues to continuously improve how our people services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day to day operations of the People and Culture team
- Line management of the People Team Executive
- Oversee employee data management and HR System accuracy (Sage People and payroll interface)
- Support the allocation of team resources to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and projects are managed
- Manage the recruitment process in collaboration with the People Team Executive
- Manage the monthly payroll process with the People Team Executive
- Support the People and Culture team with policies and procedural aspects for employees
- Drive continuous improvement of people operations, identifying automation or efficiency opportunities
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Organisational and process improvement skills
- Project management
- Talent attraction and recruitment
- People team experience including HR Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of Excel and PowerBI to create and maintain people dashboards
- Understanding of people related policies and procedures
