Run data-driven paid campaigns, track conversions and optimize ad performance across Meta, Google and growth channels.
What you will do
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and campaign efficiency.
- Test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages and funnel improvements.
- Share performance insights with marketing and operations teams for better decisions.
What we are looking for
- Experience with paid ads, campaign optimization or performance marketing.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics and funnel basics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve results over time.
- Experience with lead generation, ecommerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
