Our client (that's dominating the lighting space) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team!

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist (2+ years experience) to help scale our paid media efforts. You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and directly with our CMO, gaining hands-on mentorship while playing a key role in growing the brand across multiple markets."

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns
• Scale winning campaigns within CPA and MER targets
• Analyse creative performance and provide testing insights
• Write and iterate ad copy (Headlines & Primary texts)
• Build and optimise advertorials and pre-landers with in-house designer
• Track, analyse and report on key growth metrics
• Assist with Pinterest and TikTok ad expansion
• Ensure accurate tracking, UTMs and attribution setup
• Support structured creative testing roadmap with Creative Strategist
