1.8 – 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain

2.Knowledge of creating Performance Testing Proposals and experience in Performance Testing Consulting Assignments

3.Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)

4.Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations

5.Experience in performance test design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing

6.Hand-on experience in Load Runner

7.Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring

8.Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc

9.Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance

10.Defining performance testing and monitoring strategies / plans

Qualifications
