Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and reliable assistant account manager to support our personal insurance team in servicing high net worth clients. This role partners closely with account managers to deliver exceptional client service and ensure efficient handling of policy administration activities. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning and developing a strong understanding of personal insurance coverages while supporting the day-to-day servicing of client accounts. Responsibilities include processing policy changes and renewals; obtaining and comparing insurance quotes from carriers; assisting with billing inquiries; and preparing and distributing client and carrier documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized, service-oriented professional to build a career in the insurance industry while working with a collaborative and experienced team.
