We Support You With

• A high-volume member base with new leads ready to train
• Free 1:1 Planning & Strategy Sessions with members to start the journey
• Structured onboarding and access to your own coaching development folder
• Leadership training and growth pathways (e.g., Head Coach, Club Manager)
• Admin and systems support so you can focus on what you do best

What You’ll Do

• Deliver dynamic, results-driven 1:1 and small group sessions
• Lead planning and strategy sessions to kickstart members’ fitness journeys
• Create customised training programs that drive transformation
• Educate, empower, and elevate your clients – physically and mentally
• Be present on the gym floor and contribute to the culture

What You Bring

• Cert III & IV qualified (or higher in Exercise/Sport Science)
• Registered and insured ($20M public liability)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Passionate about service and creating real impact
• A team player who’s open to feedback, growth, and giving 1% extra
