HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

• This position is responsible for issuing scheduled and unscheduled work orders generated by verbal, email, and fax from customers and the maintenance computer system.
• Behavioral Criteria: Other duties include:
  • Close out work orders and file to maintain history
  • Create preventative work orders
  • Answer phones for department managers
  • Create data driven spread sheets as directed
  • Monitor Bulk Gas low level alarms
  • Monitor Generator and Boiler Alarms
  • Dispatch Negative Room Requests from Infection Control
  • Miscellaneous as directed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience:

Two (2) years of job-related experience is required.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

No license required; however, experience with data base systems and phone etiquette experience is preferred.
