Pay

  • $65K–$70K per year for new graduates
  • $80K–$90K per year for experienced PTs, based on years of experience

Schedule Choices

Option 1: Four 10-hour days
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and reassessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
  • Educate patients on home exercises and activity changes
  • Track progress and update treatment plans when needed
  • Complete documentation in WebPT
  • Work with PTAs and other clinical staff to support patient care

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
  • Active Missouri PT license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
  • New graduates welcome
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience helpful, but not required
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
