Office: Based in one Pompano Beach clinic only
We are looking for a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for a one-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role gives you the chance to treat patients with real-world movement challenges, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, stiffness, weakness, and mobility issues.
The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, active rehab, hands-on care, and patient education. You will help patients understand their goals and move toward better function in a structured outpatient setting.
Schedule Options Include:
- Four 10-hour days
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assess orthopedic patients and determine therapy goals
- Create treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient needs
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional rehab
- Monitor patient response and adjust treatment when appropriate
- Teach home exercises and movement strategies
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with staff to support clinic flow and patient care
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience
