We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapistto join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape an integrated, high-performance rehabilitation program within a forward-thinking orthopedic center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and athletic trainers to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients on exercise, posture, and injury prevention to promote long-term wellness.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Support program development for onsite rehabilitation and community outreach.


Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy training (DPT or PT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Strong background inorthopedics, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, patient engagement, and professional growth.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Flexible weekday schedule with potential for some Saturdays.
