Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans 💡

• Deliver hands-on care that promotes recovery and quality of life 🌿

• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team 🤝

• Maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence ✍️

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 🎓

• Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license 🧾

• Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care is a plus — new grads welcome! 🌟
