Position Overview

We are seeking afull-time Physician Assistant (PA)to join our clinical team. This role will support multiple CarePath locations, particularly during the initial phase of employment, with travel decreasing as patient volume and clinic staffing stabilize.

The ideal candidate isclinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple clinic environments, with an interest in injury-focused care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment under supervising physician guidelines
  • Conduct physical exams and injury assessments
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for work-related, motor vehicle, and personal injury patients
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams across locations
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders as needed
  • Travel between clinic locations as scheduled
  • Adhere to all clinical, compliance, and documentation standards

Schedule & Travel Expectations

  • StandardMonday–Friday schedule
  • Regional travel required as noted

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Injury care, orthopedics, PM&R, or occupational health experience preferred (but not required), motivated new grads welcomed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salaried compensation: $115,000 – $130,000, based on experience
