We have multiple locations throughout New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island and are a not-for-profit, New York State licensed, federally qualified health center. Beautiful rural area, horse country, and near CT border in ideal community.

Experienced physician to function as our Multi-Site Medical Director. Leadership as a Medical Director for 2 additional small offices, with supervision of 8 providers; must work evenings, flexible schedule, Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

Licensed Physician in the state of NY. Experienced physician with record of providing efficient and high quality healthcare.
