The Opportunity

Join a high-volume electrophysiology program with a strong referral base and full-spectrum electrophysiology care supported by a dedicated EP team. This role offers procedural depth, clinical variety, and opportunities for innovation and program growth.

What You’ll Do

Perform complex ablations including AFib and VT
Implant and manage cardiac devices (pacemaker, ICD, CRT)
Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care
Collaborate across cardiology, heart failure, and structural heart teams
Participate in research and innovation initiatives (optional)

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified/Eligible Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
Expertise in advanced cardiac ablation and lead extraction techniques
Team-oriented, patient-centered mindset
Interest in program development and innovation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary $790,173. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
