- Directing calls to the correct department/person
- Taking messages or directing calls to voicemails/cell phones
- Paging extensions/people over the intercom
- Cashiering customers from parts, service, and finance
- Handling cash, check, and charge transactions
- Helping other departments with various projects

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proofreading and data entry skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
