Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for an upcoming shutdown at Thermo Fisher. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and modification of pipework systems in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Requirements

• Installation, assembly, and fitting of pipework systems to drawings/specifications
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and replacement of existing pipework
• Work to strict shutdown timelines and schedules
• Ensure all work is completed in line with site safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with supervisors, welders, and other trades on site
• Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter in industrial/pharma environments
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings
• Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling (essential)
• Relevant trade qualifications/certification
• Experience working on shutdown/fast-track projects (advantageous)
• Strong focus on safety and quality
