PL Account Manager

Purpose of Job:

• To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of the Account Executive
• To assist in the retention of existing accounts.
• To assist the Account Executive with increasing book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Process change/cancellation requests for clients
• Provide excellent service at all times
  
• Document all client interactions
• Involved in weekly meetings with Account Managers/CSRs
• Communicate with Claims department on progress of claims detail if needed
• Cross-sell to help build book of business
  
• Help Account Executive remarket existing policies
• Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information
• Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner
• Review renewal book of business & communicate with Account Executive

Job Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but not required
• Advanced computer skills
• Self-Motivation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
  

Performance Measurements:

• Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management, new business, and account retention.
