Planning Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Planning Executive to support accurate and timely order processing by validating order data, updating systems, and coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Validation: Review incoming orders from OGS agents and other channels to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with pricing and inventory policies.

• System Entry: Accurately enter and verify order data in GAP.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve missing information or order errors by coordinating with OGS agents, customers, and relevant departments.

• Order Support: Respond to order status and product-related inquiries from agents and customers.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Fleet Dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of order communications, updates, and actions taken.

• Payment Reconciliation: Support the Finance team in reconciling payments collected by OGS agents against processed orders.

• Follow-Up: Track pending orders and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure issues are addressed and orders are processed within the required timelines.
