Planning Manager (Mechanical / Civil) - Dahej & Jamnagar, Gujarat

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling Chemical, Hydrocarbon, Pharma, or other major Industrial projects with excellent command over project planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules.

• Prepare and update project plans using MS Project and Primavera P6.

• Track project progress and conduct delay and risk analysis.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (MIS).

• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Requirements:

• BE – Mechanical or Civil (Full-time).

• Mechanical: Minimum 15 years of experience (Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Pharma industry preferred).

• Civil: Minimum 14 years of industrial project experience.

• Experience in Pharma / Chemical industries is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience in MS Project and Primavera P6 is mandatory.

• Experience in large-scale industrial projects.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
