What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
• Inspect machinery and identify maintenance needs before they affect production
• Assist with the installation, alignment, and testing of plant equipment and components
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, tools, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
