Plant Operator/Driver

What you’ll be doing

• Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
• Carry out sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
• Operate equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
• Work closely with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
• Maintain clear and accurate records of operational processes
• Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations

What you’ll bring

• A current HR driver’s license – essential
• Front end loader and Excavator experience and license is preferred
• Experience in waste industry or in waste water treatment plant is desirable but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
