Project management focus on

• Work with product manager to analysis product cost target and approach cross functions to dig cost-down measures from design, manufactory, supplier chain and logistics.
• Systematic tracking for DtC measures development, make cost-down project plan, organize necessary resources to ensure measure on-time/on-cost/on-quality SOP.
• Cost-down measures payback calculation and define strategy for measure launching.
• Work with customer team to ensure measures launching to customer project base on strategy.
• Cost analysis for different variants product to ensure reasonable cost for every cost portion.
• Global project quotation calculation, ensure global team with reasonable cost for global project.
• Global management level reporting for DtC measure development status and plan.
• Other task link to product cost-down.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree, major in project management or engineering related domains

>= 3 years’ project management experience in project development for automotive products

Experience in mechanics and assemble manufactory

2. Project Management knowledge
3. Good communication and presentation skills

Strong teamwork spirit
