Mission:

As a Platform Engineer, your mission will be to build and evolve the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliably.

You will play a key role in creating a scalable platform that empowers developers, supports business growth, and establishes engineering best practices across the organization.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the company.

The Role:

You will be part of a cross-functional Platform Team responsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure within AWS environments.

• Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.

• Enhancing observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices.

• Supporting the evolution of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

• Collaborating with Data and AI teams on DataOps and MLOps initiatives.

• Improving security, compliance, and operational resilience across systems.

• Developing shared platform services and internal tooling used by multiple teams.

• Acting as a technical partner for Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.

• Promoting DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices across the organization.

What we need:

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles.

• Strong experience working with AWS and cloud-native environments.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering.

• Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.

• Experience working with APIs and microservices architectures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A mindset focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology environments.

• Exposure to DataOps, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or Machine Learning platforms.

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.

• AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms or developer productivity tooling.

• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
