Plumbing Duties
- Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
- Domestic hot and cold water services
- Above-ground drainage systems
- Sanitary ware and associated pipework
- Rainwater systems
- Heating systems and plant room installations
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications ·

Requirements
- Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter trade certification
- Proven experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects
- Welding experience including TIG and ARC welding
- Safe Pass Card
- Manual Handling certification
- Coded welding certification (desirable)
- IPAF / MEWP certification (desirable)
- Confined Space training (desirable)
- Abrasive Wheels certification (desirable)
- Full clean driving licence (desirable)
- Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects
- Experience maintaining high-quality workmanship standards on live construction projects
