Plumbing Dispatcher
C&W Plumbing of Lewisville a growing company and is hiring a full time plumbing dispatcher.
Duties include:
- Routing the best technician to the right job
- Good understanding of the traffic flow and areas around Carrollton, Frisco, Lewisville, Denton, Plano, Southlake, Grapevine, and the surrounding North Dallas Area
- Using knowledge of plumbing to assure technicians have the assistance, equipment, and parts they need to be successful on their jobs
- Pays attention to details when logging times technicians are on jobs and using knowledge of plumbing to estimate the time they will need to perform the work the customer has requested
- Communicates with technicians throughout the jobs to complete it effectively and efficiently.
- Answering incoming customer calls and assists in booking customer appointments.
Other clerical duties as required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Typing of 40 WPM
- ***Knowledge of Plumbing and North Dallas Geography required
Experience:
- plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
- dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Additional Information

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
