Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
• Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or plumbing certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
