Your New Role

• Perform residential plumbing maintenance and preventative inspections throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, Indiana

• Inspect residential plumbing systems to identify maintenance needs and potential issues before they become major repairs

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and minor repairs to help homeowners maintain reliable plumbing systems

• Clearly explain maintenance findings and recommended solutions to homeowners

• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional service

• Complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan

• Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• Follow company safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship

• Participate in ongoing company-paid training while working toward obtaining your plumbing license

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of residential in-home plumbing maintenance experience

• Willingness to attend plumbing school to obtain a plumbing license

• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems and preventative maintenance

• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan

• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude

• Comfortable performing the physical requirements of the position

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Honest, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship

• Authorized to work in the United States
