Your Responsibilities

As a PMO Analyst, you will support programme governance and operational excellence across a portfolio of strategic technology and security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting programme governance and control activities across multiple strategic security initiatives
  • Preparing strategic reporting for programme leadership, executive stakeholders, and governance committees, ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks, outcomes, and delivery health
  • Maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and supporting proactive risk identification, escalation, and mitigation activities
  • Supporting financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, spend monitoring, and benefits realization reporting
  • Consolidating information from multiple projects and workstreams into executive-ready dashboards and management reports
  • Tracking programme milestones, deliverables, KPIs, dependencies, and transformation outcomes to support effective decision-making
  • Maintaining programme plans, action logs, decision logs, and other key programme management documentation
  • Driving consistency in reporting, governance, and delivery management practices across the programme
  • Supporting resource planning, portfolio coordination, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools

Requirements

We are looking for a structured and analytical professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO, Programme Management Office, Project Controls, Portfolio Management, or similar role within a large organization
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, executive reporting, RAID management, financial tracking, and delivery controls
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, security, risk, or transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear and actionable management insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand strategic programme objectives
  • A proactive, structured approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, technology, or risk management programmes is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management practices is beneficial

Assignment Details

Seniority: Senior level

Experience required: 5+ years of relevant experience

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Work model: Hybrid – expected 3–5 days per week on-site. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate based in an EU member country.

Employment type: Full-time consultancy assignment

Preferred start date: 15 August 2026 or earlier (depending on candidate availability)

End date: December 2026, with possibility of extension
