About The Role

• You establish and maintain the central overview of the Rx B2C portfolio, including initiatives, objectives, owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• You further develop the PMO rhythm and prepare portfolio reviews, monthly business reviews, SteerCos, and ad hoc decision forums in a structured way.
• You translate complex project and portfolio information into management-ready decision materials with clear messages on progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions.
• You ensure that KPIs, reporting logic, definitions, and ownership are transparent and regularly updated.
• You support strategic prioritization, business cases, and portfolio decisions through structured analysis, market understanding, and commercial interpretation.
• For selected priority initiatives, you take on the role of PMO Lead or Business Owner and ensure clear scope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and escalation paths.

Qualifications

About You

• You have at least three years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, project management, consulting, business operations, or a comparable coordination role.

• You understand matrix organizations and feel comfortable in environments with many stakeholders, high pace, and complex dependencies.

• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented, and you can turn many individual inputs into one clear overall picture.

• You have a good understanding of KPIs, performance steering, business cases, controlling logic, and commercial trade-offs.

• You communicate clearly, reliably, and with the right level of detail for your audience, especially when information needs to be brought together from different teams.

• You can influence without direct authority, build trust, and follow up consistently.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, e-commerce, regulated environments, or data-driven commercial steering is a plus.

• You speak fluent English and German.
