Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards team work.
