Polisher (Manual) (1 Year Renewable Contract)

Purpose: Perform manual polishing of vacuum chambers and aluminum parts used for the assembly of semiconductor equipment. Conduct leak tests for the vacuum chambers, tapping and installation of parts.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Perform operational tasks such as sanding, polishing, sizing, and deburring work using hand and power equipment like. bench and hand grinders, polishers, and belt sanders.
• To monitor individual work efficiency to ensure on-time delivery, quality and delivery performance in production.
• To actively participate continual improvement program.
• Ensure workplace health and safety are applied and in place to minimize workplace accidents.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• 1 year of experience in handling of maunual power toll such as polishing/drilling/grinding
