Purpose of the department:

The Pool Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests at the pool. This role ensures the pool area is properly set up, maintained, and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the day. The Pool Ambassador warmly greets and assists guests upon arrival, provides attentive service during their visit, and leaves a lasting impression through a thoughtful departure experience. By combining attention to detail with genuine hospitality, the Pool Ambassador supports an environment where guests feel cared for, relaxed, and valued.

Job Profile:

The Pool Ambassador ensures a welcoming and memorable guest experience at the pool by overseeing setup, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the area. This role greets guests upon arrival, provides attentive support throughout their stay, and ensures a pleasant departure. With a focus on hospitality, safety, and teamwork, the Pool Ambassador helps create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of poolside safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift light equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cleanliness and service
• Valid health card
