Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
