Job Purpose/Summary

The Portfolio Manager will manage client assets on a discretionary basis, consistent with the firm's Global Thematic Equity approach, as a senior member of the CCT investments organization and will discuss client goals, portfolio construction and investment performance with clients and prospects as an integral part of the broader client coverage team.

5-10 years of investment management experience with proven decision-making skills, research experience and a history of building strong client relationships and delivering on commitments

Bachelor's degree

Understanding of the financial markets, investment vehicles and financial planning

Advanced knowledge of portfolio management concepts and tools

Proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet and other investment tools and systems critical to the responsibilities of a portfolio manager

Superb organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong client management skills

Independent thinker

Excellent quantitative abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility, including the ability to work with other staff members as a team

Ability to initiate and follow through on projects

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

MBA and/or CFA preferred
