Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders, handle returns, and manage exchanges efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
