Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Guide clients in understanding their insurance needs and help them select suitable products.
• Handle customer complaints and scenarios professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to assist with continuous service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
