Post Printing Operator

Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment? Serigraph is seeking a Post Printing Operator to support the final stages of our printing process. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality products are accurately finished, inspected, and prepared for shipment while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

As a Post Printing Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks that support the finishing and packaging of printed products, including:

Operate post-printing cutting machinery and related equipment.

Inspect products for visual and functional quality, ensuring specifications are met.

Complete labor reporting, quality assurance documentation, job tickets, and move tags accurately.

Transfer products safely between workstations.

Package, shrink-wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Perform manual finishing tasks such as popping out parts, hand applications, and pulling sealed air.

Assist with manufacturing activities including catching, racking, de-racking, and ovening sheets.

Maintain an organized, clean work area and support 5S standards.

Sort recyclable materials and properly dispose of waste according to environmental procedures.

Follow customer requirements, work instructions, and production specifications.

Identify and communicate quality concerns, stopping production when necessary to prevent nonconforming products.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.

Support Serigraph's quality management system and environmental sustainability efforts.

Required Qualifications

Understanding of workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.

Ability to follow departmental procedures and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to distinguish colors with or without corrective lenses.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with ERP systems and data entry.

Previous manufacturing, printing, finishing, or material handling experience.

Familiarity with post-printing equipment and production processes.
