Expand customer base and increase revenues through direct sales of our commercial emissions control systems to the data center, hospital and college/university markets in the outlined territory.

Work closely with influencers and collaborators in our target markets, to include mechanical, electrical and consulting engineering firms

Present the technical features and benefits of our products and write and influence the specifications

Achieve established territory sales targets and quotas

Develop, document, and implement tactical sales and marketing plans

Recommend and develop sales and marketing tools, standards and procedures used by our sales team and representatives, to include literature, presentations, and trade show displays

Identify and propose new product concepts

Develop channels to market and recruit sales staff, distributors, representatives, and dealers

Manage and develop distributors and representatives, to include providing sales, marketing, onboarding and training support as well as monitoring sales against forecast
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the power generation or backup power industry.
- Strong technical understanding of power generation systems and ancillary equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Adept in conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
