Alvotech is looking for a Power Platform & AI Developer

What you will do

• Power Apps: build canvas and model-driven apps with clean UX, delegation-aware formulas, reusable components and role-based security.
• Power Automate: design cloud flows for approvals, notifications, data sync and system integrations, with proper error handling, retries and logging.
• SQL databases: design schemas, write views, stored procedures and queries in SQL Server / Azure SQL; tune performance and maintain data quality.
• Dataverse: model tables, relationships and business rules; manage solutions and environment security.
• AI agents: build and deploy agents and copilots in Copilot Studio, including grounding on company data, prompt design, tool/connector actions and guardrails.
• Integrations: connect apps and flows to enterprise systems and data sources using OData, REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Secure development: apply secure coding practices, including least-privilege access, safe handling of secrets and credentials, input validation and protection of sensitive data.
• ALM and DevOps: use Azure DevOps for source control, work items and CI/CD pipelines; use solutions, environment variables and connection references to move work from dev to test to production; follow DLP and security policies.
• Documentation and support: write technical docs and user guides, train users, and troubleshoot production issues.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years building production solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Strong SQL: schema design, joins, views, stored procedures, indexing and query tuning.
• Solid Power Fx and working knowledge of Dataverse.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, OData services and custom connectors; comfortable with JSON.
• Hands-on experience building at least one AI agent or LLM-powered solution (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI or similar).
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM: solutions, environments, managed vs unmanaged deployment.
• Working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines) or a similar DevOps toolset.
• Awareness of secure coding principles and common security risks in apps, APIs and integrations.
• Able to gather requirements from non-technical users and turn them into clear designs.
• Clear written and spoken English; works independently and manages own priorities.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA integration experience (OData, CDS views, BAPIs).
• Azure services: Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, AI Search, Key Vault.
• Power BI and DAX; data migration or ETL experience.
• Agent frameworks and patterns: RAG, MCP, Semantic Kernel or similar; n8n.
• Power Pages or external-facing portals.
• Experience in a regulated industry (pharma / life sciences, GxP, validated systems).
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or AI-102.
