We're urgently hiring an EEC Certified Pre-K Teacher to join our team at our Leominster location. If you're an experienced pre-K teacher, preschool teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 4–5 year age group, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll lead a classroom of preschoolers through daily routines, hands-on learning, and age-appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

EEC Preschool Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)

Daycare experience in a center-based, private, or public school setting

An energetic approach to learning and a positive attitude

As a Pre-K Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials

Supporting social-emotional growth, early literacy, and school-readiness through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities

Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families

Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment

Assisting with daily routines, including meals, outdoor time, and naptime

Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments

Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry

Helping children build independence, language, problem-solving skills, and confidence as they prepare for kindergarten
