We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer with a strong technical and software background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the technical capabilities of our products and services. Your expertise will play a key role in driving customer success and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with customers during the presales phase. Understand customer main points, technical requirements and business goals.
  • Solution Design: Leverage your technical expertise to design and propose software and technology solutions that meet custoer needs. Provide scalable and sustainable recommendations tailored to client environments.
  • Technical Presentations & Demos: Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POC (Proof of Concept) session o showcase the capabilities of our solutions in addressing customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends. Be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Documentation & Proposals: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution documental on, and RFP responses. Provide insights into the technical scope and estimated project timelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product management and development teams to relay customer feedback, identify improvement areas, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Customer Training & Support: Support customers during the implementation phase by providing technical training and guidan , ensuring smooth product deployment and adoption.
  • Pre-sales Support: Provide technical expertise in bid reviews, contract negotiations, and other sales-related activities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Software Knowledge: Experience with software development methodologies, systems architecture, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with databases, web technologies, APIs, and integrations is preferred.
  • Experience in Presales: At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally in a software or technology-driven company.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and address customer concerns.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to work in a customer facing environment, engaging with both technical and business teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Certifications (optional): Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), software development frameworks, or technical sales are a plus.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with modern software development tools and frameworks.
Experience in designing and deploying cloud-based software solutions.
Prior experience working with CRM tools, ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
