What We're Looking For

- Valid NC driver's license and dependable transportation to our North Raleigh warehouse.
- Background in construction or outdoor labor is helpful, not required.
The Job Day-to-Day
Crews run Monday through Friday, clocking in between 7:15–7:30 AM. From there, expect to:
- Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
- Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
- Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
- Work at height within fall-protection guidelines. (Equipment generally accommodates individuals roughly 150–270 lbs; if you're near either end of that range, reach out and we'll talk through what's possible.)
- Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
