-
Teach, onboard, and mentor new Fleet Techs on standardized PM procedures and best practices
-
Serve as the primary liaison between the field and Engineering by submitting well-supported Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and partnering on hardware improvements
-
Record, analyze, and track PM maintenance data to identify trends, mitigate cell risks, and inform engineering-driven issue resolution
-
Communicate PM status, schedule changes, and technical risks clearly to fleet leadership, technicians, and engineering stakeholders
-
Collaborate with engineering to continuously refine, update, and improve PM procedures and documentation

Technical Background: Technical training, Trade School certification, Associate degree in Engineering Tech, or equivalent practical industry experience
-
Data-Driven Problem Solver: Comfortable reading maintenance data and utilizing trend analysis to drive continuous operational improvements
-
Mentor Mindset: Proven experience or strong interest in training, onboarding, and supporting junior technicians
-
Field-Ready: Detail-oriented, self-directed, and willing to travel to customer sites as needed to support PM schedules and fleet requirements
